Kullanım Koşulları

Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar") Athrio mobil uygulamasını ("Hizmet", "Athrio") kullanımınızı düzenler. Athrio'yu indirip kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayın.

1. Hizmet tanımı

Athrio; LGS, YKS, KPSS, ALES gibi sınavlara hazırlanan öğrenciler için tasarlanmış, yapay zeka destekli bir eğitim uygulamasıdır. Soru çözüm yardımı, konu anlatımı, sınav simülasyonu, sesli not dönüştürme ve kişiselleştirilmiş çalışma planı sunar.

2. Hesap oluşturma ve sorumluluklar

Hesap açarken doğru ve güncel bilgiler vermekle yükümlüsünüz.
Hesap güvenliğiniz tarafınıza aittir; şifrenizi paylaşmamalısınız.
Hesabınızdan gerçekleştirilen her işlemden siz sorumlusunuz.
Yetkisiz erişim şüphesi durumunda derhal bizi bilgilendirmelisiniz.

3. Abonelik koşulları

Athrio'nun bazı özellikleri ücretli abonelik gerektirir. Abonelikler Apple App Store ve Google Play üzerinden satın alınır ve faturalanır.

Otomatik yenileme: Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik olarak yenilenir.
İptal: Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman Apple App Store veya Google Play hesabınızdan iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, mevcut faturalandırma döneminin sonunda geçerli olur.
İade: İade talepleri Apple ve Google'ın kendi politikalarına tabidir. Athrio doğrudan iade işlemi yapamaz.
Fiyatlar ülkeye, vergilere ve para birimine göre değişebilir.

4. Sorumluluk reddi — önemli

Athrio bir AI destekli eğitim aracıdır. AI tarafından üretilen çözümlerin %100 doğruluğu garanti edilmez. Athrio'yu kullanan öğrencinin sunulan çözümleri eleştirel bir gözle değerlendirmesi ve şüpheli durumlarda başka kaynaklarla doğrulaması beklenir.

Athrio yalnızca eğitim amaçlıdır ve profesyonel eğitim danışmanlığı, birebir özel ders veya formal eğitim kurumu yerine geçmez. Sınav başarısı için tek başına Athrio yeterli değildir; geleneksel çalışma yöntemleriyle birlikte kullanılması önerilir.

5. Fikri mülkiyet

Athrio markası, logosu, kullanıcı arayüzü, yazılım kodu, içerik tasarımı ve sistemleri Athrio'nun fikri mülkiyetidir ve telif hakkı yasalarıyla korunur. Athrio'nun yazılı izni olmadan bu varlıkları kopyalayamaz, çoğaltamaz veya türev eserler oluşturamazsınız.

6. Hesap silme hakkı

Hesabınızı uygulama içinden veya privacy@athrio.app adresine e-posta göndererek istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz. Hesap silme işlemi geri alınamaz ve kişisel verileriniz yasal saklama yükümlülüklerimiz dışında 30 gün içinde silinir.

7. Yaş sınırı

Athrio'yu kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısınız. 13–18 yaş arası kullanıcılar için ebeveyn veya yasal vasi onayı gereklidir.

8. Yasaklı kullanım

Aşağıdaki davranışlar yasaktır:

Hizmeti yasa dışı amaçlarla kullanmak
Otomatik yöntemlerle (bot, script) hizmete erişmeye çalışmak
Hizmetin güvenlik mekanizmalarını atlatmak veya tersine mühendislik yapmak
Başka kullanıcıları rahatsız etmek veya zarar vermek
Hizmete zararlı içerik yüklemek

9. Hizmette değişiklik

Athrio, hizmetin özelliklerini, fiyatlarını veya bu Koşulları zaman zaman değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinden veya e-posta yoluyla bildirilir. Değişikliklerden sonra hizmeti kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenen koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

10. Sorumluluk sınırlaması

Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Athrio doğrudan, dolaylı, arızi veya neticede zararlardan (kâr kaybı, veri kaybı dâhil) sorumlu tutulamaz.

11. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Anlaşmazlıklarda İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Athrio mobile app ("the Service", "Athrio"). By downloading and using Athrio, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, please do not use the app.

1. Service description

Athrio is an AI-powered education app designed for students preparing for exams such as LGS, YKS, KPSS, and ALES. It offers question-solving help, topic explanations, exam simulations, voice note transcription, and a personalised study plan.

2. Accounts and responsibilities

You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
You are responsible for the security of your account; do not share your password.
You are responsible for all activity on your account.
Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.

3. Subscriptions

Some Athrio features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refund requests are subject to Apple and Google's own policies. Athrio cannot process refunds directly.
Prices may vary by country, taxes, and currency.

4. Disclaimer — important

Athrio is an AI-powered learning aid. The accuracy of AI-generated solutions is not guaranteed to be 100% correct. Students using Athrio are expected to evaluate the provided solutions critically and verify them with other sources when in doubt.

Athrio is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional educational counselling, private tutoring, or formal education. Athrio alone is not sufficient for exam success and should be used alongside traditional study methods.

5. Intellectual property

The Athrio brand, logo, user interface, software code, content design, and systems are Athrio's intellectual property and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of these assets without Athrio's written permission.

6. Right to delete your account

You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by emailing privacy@athrio.app. Account deletion is irreversible, and your personal data will be removed within 30 days (subject to our legal retention obligations).

7. Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Athrio. Users between 13 and 18 require the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

8. Prohibited use

The following are prohibited:

Using the Service for illegal purposes
Accessing the Service via automated methods (bots, scripts)
Bypassing security mechanisms or reverse-engineering the Service
Harassing or harming other users
Uploading harmful content

9. Changes to the Service

Athrio reserves the right to modify the features, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app or email notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athrio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit or data).

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Istanbul.
